Below are the slides used in the course I teach at the Erasmus School of Ecomonics. The course is for first year MA students in economics and business. Students participating in the course are required to have a solid background in microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics. The course is designed for seven weeks, with 3 hours lecture every week.
